Our team is committed to delivering projects on time and within budget. We have a flexible framework that can be tailored to meet your company’s technical and professional requirements.
Phase 1 - Analysis
Our team will work with you to analyse your goals and requirements and define the scope and objectives of the project. We will assess your needs thoroughly and develop a plan that includes technical specifications, communications plan, costs and a timeline. Once this is agreed with all parties you sign the contract, pay 50% of the set-up estimate and we continue to Phase 2.
Phase 2 - Implementation
There are two aspects of implementing your mobile solution. Firstly, technical integration, and secondly, customisation. Our experts will first ensure the platform integrates with your server and existing XML API. We will then fully customise the system so that it incorporates with your unique brand personality and suits your image in terms of style and graphics.
Phase 3 - Testing
Having implemented the plan and ensured everything integrates with your servers and branding, we carry out extensive end-to-end system testing to prepare for launch. This stage typically includes onsite testing, bug report, Customer UAT (user acceptance testing) and release notes. We are meticulous in checking that everything works as it should do in practice before moving on to deployment.
Phase 4 - Launch
After the testing phase, the system will be switched to a live environment for a period of time before the final launch. This gives us the opportunity to monitor performance and carry out any final fine-tuning. When the system is working perfectly, we will launch and hand it over to our Support Team.
You will receive a ‘Handy Guide’ debriefing document that includes details such as configuration, authentication and support procedures. You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will be your first point of contact whenever you need us. With the project successfully delivered, we will invite you to a final meeting to make sure your expectations have been met, at which point the balance of the set-up fee is payable plus annual subscription fees according to the contract term selected.
